The Son Of Neptune is a very good book that I am in the middle of. So far it is about a young demigod named Percy Jackson that lost his memory but is on a quest with social outcasts Frank Zhang and Hazel Levasque. There job is to go to Alaska and stop an evil monster. If they fail monsters will rule the world forever.
I think that this book is very succesful because I is the second book in a series that was a continuation of another series. I love how it is exciting and keeps you reading. I am dying to know about Hazels past right now. I would heavily recommend this book to everyone.

Percy Jackson is a character with an enormous future in fiction. He's carried one series, and now there is a second one. Too bad the movie was such a disaster - handled well, Percy Jackson and his friends could have kept Greek mythology alive for generations of readers!
ReplyDeleteI have to admit I have not read the entire first series. I feel woefully behind in my reading! I remember loving all of the stories of the gods and goddesses (we studied them in 6th grade) - so I guess these series are naturals for my To Be Read pile.
