Harry Potter 5

Right now I a reading Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Voldemort has returned but people don't want to accept the fact, and people call Harry and Dumbledore liars for saying its true. They get a new defense against the dark arts teacher who is incredibly mean and hates Harry. He starts to hates Hogwarts but only likes it because he starts his own secret defense against the dark arts class when he and the DA are forbidden too. One night Harry and his friends have to use their skills to stop Voldemort when he enters the Ministry of Magic in search for a prophet about Harry. Harry and his friends battle with Voldemort and the Death Eaters in a very good book that I would recommend to everyone.

People 17 or older can enter the tournament, so harry can't enter. But when the three people competing in the very dangerous tournament is announced, Harry's name is drawn. Shaq Uncut

Right now I am reading Shaq Uncut, an autobiography about Shaquille O'Neal. He talks about memories from his NBA career and childhood. Growing up he lived in Newark around a lot of drugs and violence. He beat up a lot of kids, and his dad would beat him. Shaq said that he didn't hate his dad for it, but loved him for it for making him stronger. In high school he quickly became one of the best players in Texas. They won the state championship and then Shaq went to college at LSU. He loved it there, but his favorite part was his coach, Dale Brown. He went to the NBA, and was the number one pick for the Magic. He played great and the Magic improved. The next year they got the number one pick and drafted Penny Hardaway. With Penny and Shaq they went to the NBA finals, but got swept. That was the Magics best year with Shaq, and pretty soon he went to the Lakers and won four championships.
That is just the beginning of the book, and I would recommend everyone to read it. I like it a lot because he bad mouths Kobe Bryant a lot, and I hate Kobe, which was good for me. It is a great book for everyone and I deeply recommend it.

Change up

Right now I am reading Change Up, by John Feinstein. It is about two 14 year old kids who are covering the World Series with their two mentors. Their names are Susan Carol and Stevie. About two years ago they both won a contest that let them report the Final four. There they uncovered that Duke was going to blackmail star player Chip Graber if he didn't purposely lose the championship game. Since then the two of them have became beta friends and have been to other major sporting events. But now they're at the world series, and are uncovering another huge report. Stevie was interviewing Nationals pitcher Norbert Doyle, who never played but was an ingesting story. When they're talking, a nationals manager Manny Acta comes over to Doyle and tells him he's starting game two of the world series! He had never started and barely played n the regular season. Stevie had uncovered another great story, and was rooting for Norbert to do great. The start didn't look promising. He hit the lead off man, then walked the second batter. Then came up Dad Ortiz. He hit a rocket to third basemen Ryan Zimmerman, who hen made a triple play, the first in world series history since the 20s. Norbert had gotten incredibly lucky. Through the seventh inning, Norbert had completely turned it around. He walked a few batters, but still hadn't allowed a hit. But in the ninth, the Red Sox got a hit, but Norbert had thrown a one hitter in the world series! He was 37 years old and had played in the minors for about 12 years, and now he was throwing near no hitters. But Stevie was curious about Norbert's wife, who had died in a car crash. He understandably didn't really talk about it, but the details of the crash seemed to change every time. Stevie is determined to find out the truth about the crash and what really happened the night Annalise Doyle died.
